What we collect
We collect personal data only when you give it to us:
- Enquiry form: your name, email address, the type of event, event date, venue and any details you write.
- Email and WhatsApp: your name, contact details and whatever you send us, including your phone number.
- Bookings: billing details and event information needed to plan, deliver and invoice the work.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote.
- To plan, photograph and deliver your event and manage payment.
- To keep business and tax records as required by law.
We do not sell your personal data and we do not send marketing emails you did not ask for.
Who we share it with
We use service providers to run the business, such as website hosting, email, messaging (WhatsApp) and accounting tools. They handle data only to provide those services. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we use privacy friendly analytics, it measures page visits and button clicks in aggregate, without building profiles of individual visitors.
Photographs taken at events
Photographs at corporate events are taken for the event organiser and used under our agreement with them. If you appear in an event photograph and have a concern about how it is used, please contact the event organiser or us at the email above and we will help.
How long we keep data
We keep enquiry and booking records only for as long as needed for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires for business and tax records.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to our use of it. Email info@sussphotography.com and we will respond as soon as reasonably possible. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer provide some services.
