The event

ITIC APAC 2026 brought international travel and health insurance professionals together in Singapore for a multi-day programme of keynotes, panel discussions, one to one meetings at exhibitor tables, networking and a farewell gala. Suss Photography was on site for three days.

What was covered

  • Keynotes and panels: speakers on the main stage, panel discussions and audience reactions.
  • The exhibition floor: conversations at exhibitor tables, banners and sponsor signage.
  • Networking lounge: informal meetings between sessions, with the sponsor wall and event branding in frame.
  • Farewell gala: the performance and the closing evening, shot in low light without flash in the room.

How coverage worked

Coverage followed the run of show, so the key moments were photographed when they happened rather than found afterwards. Fast primes and a discreet position kept sessions running as planned, and dual-card backup recorded every frame on site.

Delivery

A colour-graded same-day hero set was delivered on site, so the organiser and exhibitors could share highlights while the event was still running. The full edited gallery followed, with full commercial usage rights on every image.
